AnyTime Organizer is a useful tool to have your life or business totally organized. This amazing software is all in one Address Book, Daily Journal, Day Planner, etc. It provides the usual day, week, month and year views for your calendar, and lets you see abbreviated or expanded views of your address book. One of the great features is AutoSchedule, in which you right-click a contact to set up an appointment or to-do item quickly; a date/time stamp for easy journaling in the Note Book module; and push-button envelope printing. But because you can't select multiple contacts, you're limited to one-at-a-time envelopes. Same goes for sending e-mail (AnyTime Organizer links to your external mail client).
AnyTime Organizer offers a simple expense manager, a well-rounded password generator/organizer, and a world clock that lets you stick up to 12 independently running clocks on the desktop. You can download free extras such as holiday and sports calendars and an integrated word-of-the-day module. AnyTime can also print calendars, contact lists, and the like to PDF.
